When do I need a realtor?

To make an offer via MyDreamAddress.com to determine if the homeowner would be
interested in selling their home, you do not need a realtor. This is one of the benefits of using
our service, nobody has to advertise their interest in buying or selling. However, once there is
mutual interest between two parties we highly recommend you engage a professional realtor
or attorney to assist with the real estate transaction.

Do you make a commission on the real estate transaction?

MyDreamAddress.com is not a realtor, or broker and makes no fee related to the actual real
estate transaction. We only provide a service allowing parties to explore an interest in buying
and selling property.

Can you help with the real estate transaction?

If you do not have your own resources, MyDreamAddress.com will be happy to provide
